Mission accomplished
Anytime you start something new there's an element of excitement. At least that's how it is for me. However, the Bible says that the end is always better than the beginning.
“Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.”Ecclesiastes 7:8 KJV.
The beginning gives, the end requires. beginnings are now, ends are sometime. A beginning requires a decision, getting to the end requires persistence determination resilience and Patience. But it's at the end that you find satisfaction, fulfillment, rewards and results. Sometimes when you start losing focus and motivation is when you are closest to the finish line. Beginnings are great! Even God loves beginnings. After creation God said it was good. When a new life begins God says it is good. But then He sees it through to completion.
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
Philippians 1:6 KJV
Take inventory, what things are there in your life that are unfinished? A book? A project? Rather than feel guilty take that unfinished thing and bring it to completion. Put that checkmark on that to do item. You will be glad you did
